SIAA is a national Independent Agency alliance.  SIAA currently operates in the 48 continental United States and Canada.  SIAA is approaching 1,900 member agencies.  SIAA's partnering insurance companies take note that our members represent more than $5.1 Billion in aggregate premium and maintain profitable loss ratios.  These figures give us clout with our partner companies.  It is the most successful distribution program of its type in the country.

Jim Masiello founded the SIAA program in 1983 and since 1995, when the program became nationally available, it has grown rapidly.  Currently SIAA is growing at a rate of one (1) new agency member per each business day.

SIAA plans to grow with agents who have an entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to profitably grow their agency in revenue and value.  Through their regional Master Agencies, such as Underwriters Alliance of Indiana, SIAA is looking for the aggressive agency wanting to grow and be part of an established and expanding national alliance.  SIAA gives the smaller agency the opportunity to grow in agency commissions and value and share in national and local bonuses, overrides and contingencies. 

We require NO premium volume commitments and our members retain their complete independence.  We do require a desire to profitably grow your agency's revenue and value.
