Strategic Independent Agents Alliance (SIAA) is a national alliance that currently operates in the 48 continental United States and Canada. SIAA is approaching 4,000+ member agencies. The alliance's members represent more than $5.3 billion in aggregate premium, and they consistently maintain profitable loss ratios. These figures provide us major sway with our partner companies, and in turn allow SIAA to be one of the most successful distribution programs in the country.

Founded in 1983 by Jim Masiello, SIAA went national in 1995 and has been growing rapidly since. SIAA is currently growing at a staggering rate of one new agency member per business day. Member agents typically have an entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to grow their agency in revenue and value.

Through regional Master Agencies like UAII, SIAA is looking for agencies that want to expand their horizons and become part of an established national alliance. SIAA gives smaller agencies the opportunity to grow in commissions and overall value while sharing in the national and local bonuses, overrides, and contingencies.
