Kyle Stoffel
Chief Executive Officer
Kyle started his career in insurance 38 years ago. His knowledge is extensive as he was President of Insurance Management Group before taking over here at UAII. He loves to brainstorm with members and partners on how to grow their already successful businesses. Kyle and his wife Beth have been married for 34 years and have two children, Trevor & Este. Kyle enjoys golfing, playing walleyball, and spending time with his family and friends.
Bille Romine
Partner | Regional VP | ADFS
Bille started her career with SIAA over 17 years ago. Throughout her time with UAII + SIAA she has worn many hats. Bille started out as an AccessPlus Placement Specialist, moved to a recruiting position, and now acts as Partner and Agency Development Field Specialist. She loves to work with start-up agencies to help them hit the ground running. When she isn't working, Bille loves to watch her sons play sports & spend time at her family lake house.
Leanne Pike
Vice President Operations | Owner Services
Leanne has worked in the insurance industry since the early 2000s starting out on the life & health side. Although she loves her time with the retail agency, she decided to make the move to UAII is 2017. When she's not at the office, Leanne keeps busy spending time with both her granddaughters. She also enjoys cooking, staying active, and spending time with her husband, kids, and friends.
